Description
As Long as the Waters Flow, created by Allan Houser, stands 15 feet tall on the grounds of the Oklahoma state capitol. A tribute to Native Americans. The history of the artist is incredible. And the history behind the inspiration for this particular piece is worth a classroom lesson. Allan Houser was the first Chiricahua Apache indian born into freedom.
