Description
A handmade watercolor painting about a beautiful view with hydrangeas to the Lagoa Azul and Lagoa Verde, in Sete Cidades, Azores Portugal.
Hydrangeas, or with other name Hortensia, this gorgeous huge flower became a symbol of Portugal's Azores islands, as every summer, they are blooming with abundancy on the fertile volcanic soil of the islands. The bushes in shades of blue, pink, purple and white are the part of the scenery, and although originally not native there, for instance Faial nicknamed as the Blue Island due to their beauty.
