Description

My new original handmade watercolor painting about the red Lisbon Hills Tramcar in Alfama.
The red tram travels along a curved street lined with colorful buildings. Overhead wires crisscross the sky, and the distant cathedral Igreja e Mosteiro de Sao Vicente de Fora rises in the background.
This vintage touristic red tram is a great alternative to the iconic but always crowded 28 Yellow Tram, as the Electrico follows the same route, Praça do Comércio, Martim Moniz, Graça, Portas do Sol, Sé the Lisbon Cathedral, Rua da Conceição, Camões and Estrela, riding it you can enjoy the symbols of the Portuguese capital as it will take you through the city's most historic districts.
The painting was inspired by my own photograph.
